Throughout my work as a therapist, I have learned that therapy can be a transformative experience. It is my goal to be your navigator in understanding the connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviors, while identifying and overcoming obstacles in the way of personal growth. My goal is to promote strengths and self discovery, mental and emotional growth and stability, and improvement with relationships and peers. This therapeutic journey is YOURS, and by being here you are already on your way to finding your best self!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with symptoms of depression, anxiety, navigating major life changes/challenges, life coaching, and women’s health issues - including infertility, reproductive trauma, and perinatal mood disorders. Currently, I am only accepting new patients via Telehealth. Convenient and flexible to meet your schedule. My top priority is to ensure that clients feel encouraged and empowered by a warm, supportive and open environment, that is free from judgement. I try to find a space for humor in our meetings, and commit myself to utilizing both educational practices and experience in each session.
