I am here to empower you and give you the tools and skills needed to improve your quality of life as well as provide you with a safe, empathetic place to do so. I work with a very wide array of diagnoses including Borderline Personality Disorder, substance use disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and more. I have been practicing for 10 years and specialize in trauma informed care, mood disorders, and crisis intervention.
