I specialize in EMDR therapy and hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University. I strive to help my clients analyze and reprocess the traumatic events they have experienced in their lives. My clients can expect a safe, caring environment where they feel comfortable sharing anything they wish with me.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clients can expect a warm welcoming environment. I primarily use EMDR techniques as well as some CBT, DBT, and ACT techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first few session with me will include some assessments we will review together to determine which kills are needed. We will work hard together to create an environment where the client feels safe sharing with me the things/events that are affecting their everyday life. Clients can expect to be the pilot in their session and will not be pressured into talking about anything they are not ready to discuss.

Ongoing session: $150 for 60 minutes
