Hi there, I'm Ashley! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, passionate about supporting those struggling to find the JOY along their JOURNEY. My approach Clinically trained to provide strengths-based, client-centered cognitive behavioral therapy to those navigating life’s challenges, including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Insomnia, and many other mental health disorders. My focus Adolescents and young adults experiencing transitional phases of life, including but not limited to nurturing independence, peer conflict, self-acceptance, and stress management. My communication style Working with me offers an environment of authentic, empathetic listening with ongoing active support as you achieve your goals. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always found value in human relationships. I’ve also found great reward in developing the skills to enhance my own relationships and clinical abilities to teach others how to improve their interpersonal connections.
