I want to make sure that when we work together, you feel empowered and in control. To do this, we will collaboratively build a plan that works for both you and your life. My communication style My goal is to provide you with a welcoming and non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. From the beginning, we will work collaboratively to dive into your therapeutic goals and focus on ways to make them a reality. During each session, I will be dedicated to making sure you are heard and seen so that you will feel empowered to work through even your most vulnerable concerns.
