Getting to know Ashley Gutierrez

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana and have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling. My approach I approach each client based on their individual needs and goals. I utilize CBT, play-based therapy, sand play, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy. My focus I am open to treating clients aged 5+ and specialize in childhood through adolescent trauma, as well as prenatal trauma and postpartum mental health. My communication style I am very open and easy to talk to. I strive to make each session as comfortable as possible for my clients and understand how challenging the decision to seek help can be. I enjoy learning more about each of my clients and working together to help you reach your goals!
