Life can be hard when you are faced with many different life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, working through past trauma or grief. I am invested and dedicated to helping you by providing the necessary tools to learn how to heal from past traumas or difficult situations. I am here to help you be the best version of yourself that you aspire to be. I often utilize dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy to achieve this. I thoroughly enjoy helping others. Being able to see the success of my clients healing from their life challenges and past traumas is very fulfilling. I love to motivate and encourage, and provide tools that will help my clients to flourish and be their best authentic selves. I often provide an environment that is non-judgmental, foster unconditional acceptance, and build resilience. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My areas of specialization include depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, stress, trauma, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health.
