I specialize in treating addictive behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, codependency, and relational struggles. I thoroughly believe in transparency and explaining the why behind every intervention that I suggest. I utilize multiple modalities based upon the client's strengths, including, but not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, expressive therapies, existential therapy, exposure therapy, recovery coaching, psychoeducation, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, narrative therapy, Gottman strategies, and harm reduction. I have extensive experience working in individual, couples, family, outpatient, and inpatient settings. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida. As a person in long-term recovery and a sur-thriver through adverse life experiences, my heart and passion are in helping individuals and families learn and overcome their uncomfortable experiences, reclaim their power, and live a fulfilled, joyful life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
