Starting therapy is a big decision, and I truly believe it's one of the most meaningful choices you can make for yourself. Taking that first step can be uncomfortable- you are not alone. My role is to walk alongside you, providing space, guidance, and support as we navigate what is weighing on you or holding you back. My approach I use a client-centered approach that is collaborative and shaped around your unique needs and goals. I do not believe that therapy is one-size-fits-all. My focus Many of my clients are in seasons of change, adjusting to new roles, navigating relationships, feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities, or trying to reconnect with themselves after burnout. Whatever brings you here, we will work together to explore what has been difficult while building practical tools and insight to move forward authentically. My communication style My style is warm, down-to-earth, and supportive. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel fully yourself. No pressure- just openness and understanding. My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by almost two decades of working in various roles in healthcare, each teaching me about the human experience- resilience, vulnerability, and the need to be seen and supported. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change, no matter where they are in their journey. My goals for you Healing is not always a straight and easy path. There may be moments of ups and downs, but what matters most is that you have someone in your corner who sees you, listens to you, and wants to help you make sense of things. My first session with you Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It is completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you through.
