Life can be stressful and overwhelming. Sometimes we need to talk to someone who understands our fears, doubts, concerns, and problems but also can identify our inner strengths to overcome these obstacles. Just because you have carried the weight of it all for so long doesn’t mean you should still do so. My goal is to provide a supportive, safe environment that empowers you to explore and challenge the areas of your life you desire to change. I will assist you in discovering your inner strengths to help you live a better, more enriched life. I have a passion for working with young adults, women’s issues (particularly self-worth, managing expectations, and setting healthy boundaries), better managing anxiety, and career goals. I earned my Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Let’s both put in the work required to move you away from feeling stuck and uncertain about how to make the changes you want a reality. There’s no better time than now. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
