Hey! My name is Ashley Householder, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Germantown, TN. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and have been practicing for four years. In June 2023, I created my private practice, Happy-ish LLC. It makes me feel purposeful when I watch my clients grow and thrive before my eyes. As a sensitive, emotional, and empathetic person, therapy has given me an outlet to show my best characteristics. Outside of therapy, I enjoy my time with several different hobbies that I randomly pick up after watching TikToks or scrolling Pinterest. These often include art, home renovating, embroidery, reading, working out, traveling, and even just walking around Anthropologie for fun. I have been married for 7 years to my high school sweetheart (yes, we make jokes about being married to a therapist). We have a dog named Scotch and five chickens.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
