She specializes in working with teenagers and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, OCD, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel difficult to change. Ashley takes a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered approaches based on each client’s individual needs. Ashley believes therapy should provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves while developing practical tools for meaningful change.
