Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy in Florida. A little about me... I'm a first-generation Latina and Miami native. As the daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the unique pressures that can come with balancing family expectations, cultural values, achievement, independence, and figuring out who you are outside of what others expect from you. When I'm not in the therapy office, I'm usually training in MMA or spending time with the people I care about most. These parts of my life keep me grounded and balanced. I specialize in helping young adults and adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, low self-worth, and the impact of past experiences. My clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, healthier boundaries, greater confidence in their decisions, and the ability to navigate life with less fear and more trust in themselves. I try to create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and real. My promise to you: I'll show up as your therapist and will be in your corner.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
