I was a Gas Turbine Electrician for the US Navy for almost eight years. I have been a therapist for 6 years. I would consider myself a generalist as I feel there is nothing I will not try to help someone with. The main areas I have experience with have been Depression; Anxiety; PTSD; ADHD; ODD; OCD; and some parenting help. I have a very relaxed approach; not very structured. I like to meet my clients where they are and allow them to take charge so they can feel the most comfortable. I love what I do and will give 100%.
