I have a specialization in eating disorders and addictions. My areas of expertise include women's issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, body image struggles, and life transitions. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals. As a client-centered therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients through the healing process. Having been down the road of healing myself, I know healing is a process. I believe in empowering my clients by creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where my clients can express themselves knowing that they will be met with kindness, compassion and hope.
