Ashley Kelley, LPC

Psychotherapist
TX
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating a major life transition, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to figure it out alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, grief, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as both a teacher and school counselor, giving me a unique understanding of the emotional and academic challenges that children, teens, parents, and young adults experience. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop tools that create lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, always tailoring treatment to your individual needs. Whether you’re looking for support during a difficult season or hoping to create lasting personal growth, I’d be honored to help.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
