Hello, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I earned my master's degree from the University of Southern California and my Bachelor's in Psychology from Purdue University. I've had the privilege of helping adult individuals and groups navigate and heal from mental and behavioral health issues, as well as substance addiction across a multitude of settings. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), among other modalities. I believe in the power of self-acceptance and self-love. My goal is to help you learn how to heal from traumatic and difficult experiences, finding strength and resilience along the way.
