Ashley uses an empowerment-based holistic approach informed by Cognitive Behavioral, Somatic, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic therapies to support individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress. Passionate about social justice, Ashley incorporates an anti-oppression, body liberation, and Prison Industrial Complex abolitionist lens into her work, particularly in supporting Black, Indigenous, and people of color with issues of identity, racial and sexual trauma, eating disorders, veganism and eco-anxiety, and interpersonal struggles. Additionally, she has a particular focus on supporting entertainment industry workers, artists, and creatives. Her practice is polyamory, kink, neurodiversity, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
