I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with over 10 years of experience. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree from Lafayette College. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, and navigating life changes, among other issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize them to overcome your obstacles. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process.

I have worked with individuals of varying age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and personality style addressing a wide range of issues (including but not limited to stress, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, ADHD, PTSD, grief/loss, codependency, self-esteem, and anger management.)

I have an eclectic therapeutic style and choose evidence-based modalities that align with your specific needs and preferences. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
