None of us is immune to these experiences, yet the way we tend to ourselves in these times greatly impacts our ability to live the life we desire. Whether you are facing a significant life transition, grief or loss, depression, anxiety, negative self-talk, or relationship issues, we can work together to find a way forward toward healing. I believe that every person has their own internal strengths, and we will build on these to provide you with space to explore root causes of your pain and learn specific tools for action-oriented progress. Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or a person-centered approach, we will work to better understand how thoughts and emotions work together to either help us feel better or worse depending on our relationship with them. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, spirituality, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. My goal is to provide you a safe, welcoming, empathetic space in which we can partner together to make the changes you want to see in your life.
