What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in creating an emotionally safe space where my clients feel heard, supported, accepted and respected. I achieve this by both collaborating and challenging my clients as we work together to identify any barriers that may be holding them back from living a fulfilling life. I use an integrative based approach in order to fit the unique personality, history, goals and needs of each client. My goal is to address the whole person-mind, body and spirit. My ultimate goal is to promote self-confidence, self-awareness, self-compassion and self-actualization.
