I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Applied Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2012. I have now been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for over 9 years. I work with a diverse range of clients including adults, couples, and families of all backgrounds. In my approach, I utilize an eclectic model of therapy but tend to gravitate towards a cognitive-behavioral framework. I specialize in anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, depression, adjustment disorders, and phase of life issues. I strongly believe everyone has the strength to succeed in life.
