Hi! I am so excited that you are here and taking the first step toward mental health and wellbeing. My name is Ashley. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience helping adolescents and adults who are experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety; depression; anger issues; substance use/misuse; and difficulty coping with the many changes and transitions life throws our way. I enjoy working with people and helping them to live a life that they find fulfilling.
