Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida. I have been practicing in behavioral health for 23 years and I have a diverse background to help with your current struggles and mental health symptoms. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. I help Patients with newly diagnosed conditions and to learn ways to cope with ongoing health problems and life challenges. My specialty is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems modalities, the Gottman Method, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy (TF-CBT), Somatic Therapy, Nervous System Regulation, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Life Coaching, Psychoeducation, and EAP counseling. I provide Emotional Support Animal evaluations (ESA) and specialized mental health assessments. I help Patients reach effective solutions to their varied challenges and problems. I believe that each individual can overcome struggles and learn ways to heal. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of problems and diagnosis including PTSD and trauma, personality disorders, serious mental illness (SMI), sleep difficulties, anxiety, stress, career difficulties, suicidality, self-injury, abuse and neglect, anger, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, adjustment issues and transitions. I help with family conflicts, marital problems, relationship struggles, and couples in varying stages of their relationship from pre-marital counseling, divorce, remarriage, co-parenting, blended family issues, and family court-related issues. I help patients build coping skills, solve problems, and manage life's challenges. My goal is to support meaningful change and growth. It takes courage to seek help - I'm here to support you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
