It takes strength and courage to reach out, and I’m here to support you in a way that meets you where you are, helping you build the tools and confidence to navigate whatever you're facing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping individuals navigate a variety of challenges, including childhood trauma, complex PTSD, eating disorders, body image issues, ADHD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and social anxiety. Whether you're trying to cope with panic attacks, seasonal affective disorder, burnout, or the lasting impact of post-pandemic stress, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, healing, and practical strategies for moving forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I also work with clients who are struggling with parenting stress, attachment issues, and balancing work and life demands. My approach is holistic and integrative, meaning I use a mix of therapeutic techniques tailored specifically to your needs. We’ll work together to create a path forward that supports your well-being and helps you feel more grounded. I’m deeply committed to providing LGBTQ+ Affirmative Care and creating an inclusive, welcoming space for BIPOC individuals and those with neurodivergent experiences. Above all, my priority is to ensure you feel truly understood and supported in a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where you can be your authentic self. No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I’m here to walk alongside you as we work together to build the strength and coping skills that fit your journey, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
