Getting to know Ashley Quick Barnes

My name is Ashley and I have been working as a counselor and have seen people through all different walks of life for the last 11 years. I create a safe space and meet people where they are at. I believe that counseling is individualized and I work with clients on not just surviving but learning how to thrive. My goal is to help clients identify growth opportunities, overcome what may be holding them back, and to empower them to be able to take back control of their thoughts and actions. In our first session together, here's what you can expect In the first session, I work with the client to get to know them, what their goals are for counseling, and to identify how we can best work together to meet their goals. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I am warm and empathic with a client centered approach. My goal is to help my clients achieve their hopes, goals, and dreams. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I enjoy working with the life span (for telehealth purposes 8 years old and older) and with clients who are in different seasons of life. I enjoy motivated clients who are wanting to see change in their lives and are coming to counseling to work on themselves and better their lives. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and older adults who are wanting to make and see changes in their lives.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
