My focus as a therapist is to provide you with unconditional support, validate your experiences and feelings, and challenge you to grow to achieve the desired change you seek. I offer individual sessions for adults and see couples for relationship concerns. It would be a privilege to listen to your story and to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
