Her passion for human service began in high school through in-home care for geriatric and disabled clients. She later earned a master’s in School Psychology, spending a decade in the field before transitioning to Mental Health Counseling for a more direct client impact. Ashley empowers children, teens, guardians, and families to work toward positive change using humor and training in IFS (internal family systems), KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy), Adlerian play therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness.
