Ashley’s favorite part of being a therapist is witnessing the client’s process, whether through art-making or talk therapy. She values process over product, meaning that being present in the moment is the work—not the finished art product or “homework.” Outside of work, Ashley practices yoga, plays pickleball, and enjoys using art as a way to relax. She also likes walking in nature, playing video games, and watching and drawing anime. She looks forward to working with you!
