Hi there, I'm Ashley! Greetings, my name is Ashley Robinson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Los Angeles. I specialize in working with BIPOC individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, workplace stress, and relationship concerns. My approach Therapy can be intimidating and scary. My goal is to create an authentic, safe, calm, fun, and comforting environment where clients can develop tools to navigate obstacles and stressors. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, we will focus on your overall well-being and work towards creating a happier, healthier you. My focus I work primarily with young adult BIPOC clients who typically experience mild to moderate symptoms of depression and anxiety. I specialize in treating adjustment disorders related to loss and life transitions. Additionally, I have years of experience working with older adults diagnosed with chronic illness. My communication style I create a calm and non-judgmental environment in my sessions. Clients feel comfortable being their true, authentic selves with a sense of peace and calm when working with me.
