What should a new client know about working with you?

Through my experience, I have learned to help and empower my clients by creating a safe space to explore, providing support, gently challenging, and teaching skills.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be a bit different from follow-ups. The first session is based on setting ground rules, expectations, and getting on the same page along with an interview based on the motive for the visit. Following sessions will be individual and focused on addressing the concerns and learning the skills that will aid in reducing symptoms.
