Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, panic attacks, racial identity, religious trauma, and generally existing in this fast paced world. I believe that the system we currently exist in can be overwhelming, stressful, and anxiety provoking. I am here to be with you along this mental health journey of healing, figuring out your values and beliefs, and advocating for your needs. Therapy with me feels like a conversation. I use CBT, Mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and various other techniques. I can't wait to join you on this journey.
