What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you do not have to filter, perform, or carry everything alone. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and understood while we work together toward healing and growth. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with getting to know you — your experiences, goals, strengths, and what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. Together, we build a foundation of trust and identify the areas you would like support with. I use a trauma-informed approach that focuses on helping clients develop insight, emotional awareness, coping tools, and healthier patterns while creating space for healing and personal growth. Therapy is collaborative, and I work closely with clients to ensure they feel supported throughout the process.
