I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and have been in practice for over 16 years. I work with a variety of clients and concerns; including anxiety; managing stress; trauma; relationship issues; etc. Regardless of the presenting problem; the therapeutic relationship is an essential component to therapy.
