Hola and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all stages of life—children, teens, young adults, adults, older adults, families, and professionals, including employees, supervisors, and directors—helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover new paths toward peace and growth. How I Work I provide Telehealth sessions so you can connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In our time together, you can expect a listening ear, a supportive and caring presence, and a safe, nonjudgmental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings. I’m committed to being understanding, meeting you where you are, and helping you move toward positive changes. I’ll be ready and eager to walk with you at your pace, offering both encouragement and practical tools. What Makes My Approach Unique Beyond my professional training, what sets me apart is my life story. I was raised in a kinship home by family members who taught me the importance of compassion, resilience, and giving back. From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others—especially those finding their way through uncertainty, transition, or hardship. Over the years, I’ve become known for my warm smile, friendly presence, and ability to make people feel seen, valued, and understood. A Little About Me Outside of counseling, I love traveling to experience new cultures, spending time with my lovable Lab–Pit mix puppy dog, and deepening my Christian faith. I believe that connection—whether through shared stories, values, or life goals—can be a powerful part of the healing process. If you’re ready to take steps toward change, hope, and growth, I would be honored to join you on that journey.
