What should a new client know about working with you?

As a trauma-informed therapist, I draw from EMDR, psychodynamic, somatic, relational, and cognitive behavioral therapies to provide compassionate and direct practical support. Life has taught me the power of resilience and finding purpose, and I use that experience to help clients uncover their strengths.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I treat my clients with respect and empathy and am honored to bear witness to their life story. My responses are characterized by realism, validation, and attempts at humor. I offer individual, self-pay, virtual sessions for clients in Nebraska and provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.
