Feeling stuck or hopeless? Having trouble getting out of the rut you're in? Struggling to know how to support your child? Life can be difficult, and it can be very scary to admit you're not doing well. But getting help doesn't have to be intimidating. My goal is to support children, adults, and families in helping them figure out how to sort through their trauma and build a more fulfilling life. The clients I see range from middle schoolers struggling with trauma to adults trying to figure out their next step. Whatever the difficulty, we'll work as a team to create long-lasting change. When working with clients, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This therapy helps us look at how your thoughts and feelings are impacting your life and how they may be keeping you feeling stuck. I also use other therapy techniques when needed to provide tailored support from a nonjudgmental and compassionate stance. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Mercer University School of Medicine, which has equipped me with the skills to provide effective, empathetic care. If you feel weighed down by your past, or even overwhelmed by knowing where to start, let's talk about how I can support you through these difficult times. No matter who you are or your circumstances, I'm here to help you tackle life's difficulties.
