It is my passion to walk with my clients through hardships, transitions, and relational issues. I provide coping skills, assessments, tools, handouts, book recommendations, podcasts, and videos to support ongoing self-growth. I use a variety of approaches tailored to the individual, couple, and situation.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. It takes courage to ask for help. You are not alone, and there are ways to improve your life that are within your control. Take that first step, invest in yourself, and change your life.
