Hi! I’m Dr. Ashley Ward-Hines, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and the founder of Becoming You Counseling and Trauma Services. I want to personally welcome you to a space built on safety, support, and transformation.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families navigating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. ?I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). In addition, I’ve completed advanced training in Guiding Women Through Postpartum Depression, Perinatal Loss & Grief, and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I use these approaches within a collaborative, relational framework that honors your story and empowers your healing journey.
