She has provided outpatient therapy services to adolescents and adults in both community mental health and urgent care settings. Her special interests include mood disorders, anxiety, and adjustment issues across the lifespan, with additional experience in addiction and stress reduction. Ashley’s primary therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
