Hi there ! As a former educator, I've always been passionate about helping others grow, discover their potential, and build confidence in their own abilities. Transitioning into the field of mental health as a social worker , I continue that same mission supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges of life. I believe everyone has unique inner strengths, and my goal is to help you uncover and enhance those strengths . I use evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution -Focused brief therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and Narrative therapy to support meaningful growth and progress. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy the simple joys of spending time with my dogs. They remind me daily of the importance of connection, balance, and play. I look forward to working with you as you move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.
