My focus is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can navigate anxiety, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, and trauma with confidence and clarity. I value the trust it takes to begin therapy and strive to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing your experiences. I work with individuals across the lifespan and tailor care to meet each person’s unique needs, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building effective coping strategies. I take a collaborative, individualized approach, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma, Behavioral Activation, and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). My goal is to empower you with practical tools while honoring your strengths and lived experiences. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change that supports your overall well-being.
