I take a collaborative, individualized approach, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma, Behavioral Activation, and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). My goal is to empower you with practical tools while honoring your strengths and lived experiences. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change that supports your overall well-being.
