What should a new client know about working with you?

My hours are between 9am-4pm Mon-Thurs. I am only available for tele-health. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and anxiety specialist, I understand the complexities that can come with your mental health. While it can feel overwhelming it is also liberating to rediscover yourself and grow in new ways. Let's work together to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions and achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Through therapy, you will gain the skills to know your boundaries, feel confident setting them, feel less fear and anxiety, and learn to trust yourself. I am here to be a gentle guide for you during this process. We will work by identifying what impacts you, defining what's important to you, and giving you tools to move forward and emotionally heal. At the heart of my approach to therapy is the belief that it is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client. As your therapist, I am here to offer a fresh perspective and provide you with tools, insights, and creative approaches to help you navigate life's challenges. In turn, I believe that it is important for you to bring openness, vulnerability, and a commitment to action in your life to our sessions. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I understand the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your experiences and emotions. My integrative approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), with a focus on helping you accept and manage difficult thoughts and emotions, develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion, and achieve your goals. Together, we can create positive change and lasting transformation in your life.
