I am licensed in Louisiana with over 24 years of professional work experience. Taking the first step to seeking a fulfilling and joyful life takes courage. I am here to support you in this process. Everyone is different, and I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression, to name a few.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My communication style is personable and direct. I want my clients to be able to express their feelings and concerns without judgment. My journey to becoming a provider is personal. I have always had a desire to help others see their strengths over their weaknesses. I believe my life, work and educational experiences have guided me to be a therapist who sees, hears and meets my clients where they are in their journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe clients are the experts of their own lives. I am here to help, motivate, encourage, provide resources, and be a navigator in helping you to reach your goals. Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and what brings you to therapy. I will do my best to make you feel welcome and guide you through the process.
