I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master?s in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport and a passion for guiding clients on their unique paths of healing and self-discovery. While my foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I also incorporate mindfulness, art therapy, and humanistic approaches.
