I hold a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts. As a NY state licensed social worker with rich experience counseling both adults and youth, including an internship in social work at the Hospital for Special Surgery, I strive to connect with clients regardless of where they start as they embark on their paths toward wholeness. None of us are exempt from life's stress and challenges, which is why it is important to have a safe space to unpack personal thoughts and emotions. It is my priority to walk with you empathically as we explore areas where you may feel stuck and unload the things that can be hindering your progress. I look forward to partnering with you as you evolve into the best version of yourself.
