A Palestinian American born in Chicago and raised in South Bend, Indiana, Asma earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health. With over a decade of experience working with youth, adults, and families, Asma provides compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on trauma-informed therapy and grief counseling. She specializes in supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, and build emotional resilience. Committed to increasing access to quality mental health care, Asma actively works to reduce stigma and promote awareness within diverse communities. Outside her clinical work, she enjoys baking, gardening, and writing, and has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children and as a TRIO Student Advisor at the University of Notre Dame.
