I’m a licensed psychotherapist who works with youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions and more. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where clients can feel heard, understood, and respected. My work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches and tailored to each person’s needs and goals. What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been in the field for over ten years and have a broad range of experience treating diverse issues. My approach is client-centered and relational with an emphasis on mindfulness, CBT and somatic modalities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Within a trusting therapeutic relationship, I listen non-judgementally and empower my clients with coping skills. I provide psychoeducation about whatever evidence-based care I offer. Thus, the client always remains in the lead.
