Hello and welcome! Making the decision to enter therapy and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to create a strong partnership where you can feel completely comfortable to "let go" and work towards a happier and healthier future. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, which has equipped me with the skills to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your unique needs. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or just the heaviness of everyday life, I will be in your corner while also challenging you to identify patterns and barriers that stand in your way of personal growth. I aim to provide practical solutions, insight, and coping strategies while working at a pace that feels safe and comfortable to you. Apart from being a therapist, I am a mother of three little kids and one fur-baby (a pitbull named Rue). I truly love the work that I do and look forward to supporting you toward positive change. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
