Getting to know Ateisha Cage
Hi, I’m Ateisha Cage, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and find balance. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I work with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship or family stress. I also support parents and caregivers in fostering healthy communication and emotional connection within the home.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University and my Bachelor of Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University. I’m licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in both Louisiana and Texas and hold credentials as a Certified School Social Work Specialist (C-SSWS), along with certification in Culturally Informed Responses to Grief and Loss.
In addition to my therapy practice, I serve as a Supervisor of Mental Health Providers within my local school system, where I mentor clinicians and promote quality, ethical mental health care.
My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life one step at a time.
